  • Processing Window: All orders are verified, processed, and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and regional holidays) after your order confirmation.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email as soon as your payment clears, followed by a second notification containing your shipping carrier tracking numbers once your items leave the respective facilities.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timeframes

To offer you the most modern designs, competitive prices, and premium formulas, our inventory dropships from distinct distribution hubs. Your delivery timeframe depends on the specific item ordered:

  • Express Hub Items (e.g., Select Apparel, Tools, & Accessories): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days once processed.

  • Specialized Beauty & Skincare Liners: Curated cosmetics and premium formulas ship directly from our specialized beauty fulfillment channels with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5–12 business days.

3. Multiple Packages Warning

  • Split Shipments: Because your cosmetics, tools, and clothing collections may drop ship from separate fulfillment hubs (such as our express supply lines or specialized beauty facilities), items in the same order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

  • Multiple Tracking Links: If your order is split, you will be provided with distinct tracking numbers for each package so you can follow every item's journey independently.

4. Shipping Rates

5. Tracking Your Delivery

  • Every shipment comes with an official logistics tracking identifier.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the shipping carriers (such as Amazon Logistics, USPS, Royal Mail, or regional express couriers) to update their scanning portals after you receive your tracking link.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Shipments

  • If a package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your delivery after all tracked boxes have arrived, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us form.

  • Kindly preserve all original packaging materials and damaged items so our support team can swiftly process an insurance claim and dispatch an expedited replacement directly to you.
