At Aurapost we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because our items are dispatched directly from regional fulfillment centers to offer you the best possible prices, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately at absolutely no extra cost to you.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives broken, defective, or is completely different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
To open a claim, please follow these simple steps within 30 days of receiving your package:

2. Packages Lost in Transit

4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
